The Campus Store Return Policy

Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth and efficient return process.
General Return Guidelines
- A valid receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Items must be in original condition—unworn, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- Returns made without a receipt may be eligible for store credit at the current selling price.
- The store reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet policy requirements.
Textbook Returns
- Textbook returns are only accepted for dropped classes (proof of course drop required), within 14 days of the start of the term.
- New textbooks must be unmarked and in original packaging (including any shrink-wrap or access codes) to receive a full refund.
- Access codes, digital materials, and custom course packets are non-returnable once opened or accessed.
General Merchandise Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Electronics, calculators, and software must be unopened. Opened items may only be returned if defective and within the manufacturer's return window.
- Clearance items, custom orders, gift cards, special orders and shipping charges are final sale.
Online Purchases
- Online orders may be returned in-store or by mail, provided they meet the same conditions outlined above.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective.
